Powers/Abilities:
D'var had the typical attributes of a Shi'ar native, including feathers
in the place of hair and presumably enhanced strength, endurance and
stamina.
He carried a portable scanner in order to see and
scan objects and beings at a distance.
Height: Unrevealed (approximately 5'10")
Weight: Unrevealed (approximately 155 lbs.)
Eyes: Red
Hair: Black (feathers)
History:
(The Marvels II#3) - D'var was part of a Shi'ar scouting
party in
Sin-Cong on Earth that was associated with Earth's Wakanda region.
Using his handheld scanner, D'var witnessed a group of Deviants led by
Warlord Kro moving further into Sin-Cong. When his commander asked what
D'var's readouts said, D'var reported that the Deviants were partly
human and not extraterrestrial and he guessed they were merely related
to humans. His commander then guessed that the Deviants might be in
Sin-Cong for the same reasons they were there. When the Deviants
subsequently attacked a settlement, D'var witnessed the attack through
his scanner but his commander opted not to expose their own presence in
Sin-Cong.

Some online sources such as the
Marvel Database Wiki list D'var as
appearing in the Marvels#7 in a vision but the Shi'ar that is in
Warbird's vision in the Marvels#7 is actually not D'var but rather, one
of his Shi'ar scouting party. D'var was the only Shi'ar agent in that
party who did not have a red stripe across his uniform and the Shi'ar
in Warbird's vision does have the red stripe.
