History:
(Marvel Graphic Novel#24: Daredevil: Love and War (fb) - BTS) - Mentally ill, with a tendency toward violence, Victor was sometimes tended to by his nurse sister, Stacy, who provided him with pills on occasion. Kingpin instructed James Wesley and Murry to hire Victor to complete a kidnapping and deliver an address.

(Marvel Graphic Novel#24: Daredevil: Love and War) - Victor chloroformed Cheryl Mondat and knocked her unconscious. He then held Paul Mondat at gunpoint, giving him an address to show up at later. Victor secured her in a flophouse and watched over her, keeping her sedated, as he grew to see her as a beautiful angel. He felt his shakes starting again, so he called the Kingpin for some drugs. Turk Barrett delivered the drugs, and Victor was frustrated as Turk owed him money. Seeing Daredevil outside, Victor fired at the hero, overcome with delusions that an evil prince was seeking to take his queen. Victor fled into the subway tunnels and went to Stacy's home. Learning Stacy had a date Victor climbed into her closet and began muttering to himself, making her cancel the date. Victor began having evil thoughts about Cheryl, and he grew determined to have her. At 4 am, Stacy demanded he be quiet, and Victor responded in a fury. At the library, Victor researched Daredevil and discovered he had connections to Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson. At the law office, he passed Foggy Nelson before breaking in to get Matt Murdock's address, and he killed a cleaning woman before he left, mopping up the blood afterward as he obsessed over Cheryl. He went to Murdock's apartment with a knife and broke in, where he began groping Cheryl by the fire. He straddled her, but she grabbed a fireplace poker and hit him with it, presumably killing him.
