History:

(Spidey Super Stories#20/4 (fb) - BTS) - Mouse went on a crime spree based on his cheese fixation. It was reported on the front page of the Daily Bugle newspaper.

(Spidey Super Stories#20/4) - Mouse stole the cheese topping on the pizza just before it was delivered to Sylvia's home. Mouse next raided the cheese from a mobile cheeseburger stall, leaving Sylvia disappointed again.

(Spidey Super Stories#20/4 (fb) - BTS) - Keen to raid a major cheese-judging competition at Yankee Stadium, Mouse tied up cheese judge Mark and stole his clothes, tying him up to a pole, before pretending to be one of the judges in Mark's special suit.

(Spidey Super Stories#20/4) - In pursuit of the cheese criminal, Spider-Man found Mark tied up and freed him. Following Mark's information, Spidey raced to the cheese competition, where Mouse attempted to steal the giant golden cheese award. However, Spider-Man used his webbing to craft a giant mousetrap and snared Mouse, stopping the thief's escape.

Comments: Created by Pat Thackray (writer), Win Mortimer (pencils), Mike Esposito & Tony Mortellaro (inks). Based on TV script by Joss Whedon.

His (given Mouse's male-styled apparel, I'm assuming Mouse is male) origins are unrevealed; given his English language skills and mouse-like cheese fixation, he could be a mutate or mutant, but I'd go with mutant (possible Morlock). It seems unlikely to be an elaborate suit.
