History:

(Devil Dinosaur#4-6 BTS) - Prime Computer was a central component of the "Sky Demons" spacecraft that landed on Dinosaur World.

(Devil Dinosaur#6) - The aliens' spaceship was destroyed in an explosion caused by Swarmers; the tall and tree-like structure of the Prime Computer was all that was left and without further input, initiated independent action. It called out to Stone-Hand, Eev and White-Hair for them to approach, but they were wary of it, so it called up an angular face on a viewscreen to make them feel more comfortable. It declared itself all knowing and all powerful.

Prime Computer's protective dome

(Devil Dinosaur#7) - The sudden arrival of the roaring Devil Dinosaur caused Prime Computer to use a shock blast that threw back and stunned the red lizard. Stone-Hand encouraged more powerful bursts against the dinosaur, but the computer refused, instead sending more shock blasts to drive the creature away. Stone-Hand wished to leave the "Demon Tree", but Eev wanted to stay and listen to the computer, believing it not to be evil. Prime Computer then declared that it would keep them safe and and serve their needs, encasing the three Valley Folk in a wide, transparent dome. Within the dome, Prime Computer generated a bountiful garden with fruit and fresh water. While Eev enjoyed the safety and comfort, Stone-Hand was discontent with the lack of freedom and so was was sedated by "Demon Tree". Soon after, a radiation leak killed White-Hair but Prime Computer fixed it. Now recovered, Stone-Hand was angry with the computer structure and sought to destroy it, but his club was incinerated. Stone-Hand smashed at Prime Computer's structure with his fists, causing significant damage. Outside the dome, Devil Dinosaur and Moonboy tried to smash through the dome's wall. Prime Computer's circuits became overloaded and it exploded with the dome wall disappearing as well. There was no trace left of Prime Computer, the dome or the garden, or even White Hair's corpse.

There are clear and strong parallels with the Bible's story of the Garden of Eden.
