Powers/Abilities: Standard training of a SHIELD agent.
History: (Ms. Marvel I#8) - Larry Rogers, a SHIELD agent, was Carol Danvers' friend and had a debt with her.
When Carol called him saying that in the Bronx' Alden Store was the AIM Headquarter, Larry took with him a SHIELD investigation squad. Unfortunately they didn't find anything because AIM countermeasures blocked the SHIELD sensors. Mr. Elliot, AIM Agent in disguise, protested with Rogers and forced him to abandon the search before SHIELD could transport there more sensible devices. Larry was a little angry with Carol, because a failure so big would have caused him some troubles.

Larry Rogers was the leader of the investigation, so he probably had a rank higher than simple Agent.

Mr. Elliot was a normal human with the training of an AIM agent.
He was the director of the Alden Store in Bronx but he actually was an AIM agent.
(Ms. Marvel I#10 (fb) - BTS) - Elliot was involved in the AIM project of assaulting the Skylab and stealing the Cavourite Crystal.
(Ms. Marvel I#8) - When Larry Rogers and the SHIELD investigative
crew arrived to the Alden Store, AIM's deflectors blocked SHIELD sensors
and Agent Elliot threatened Rogers with legal actions against SHIELD. His repeated
complaints convinced Rogers to go away, so SHIELD didn't use more sophisticated
devices.
AIM recognized Carol Danvers and Frank Gianelli and decided to keep an eye on
her.
(Ms. Marvel I#9) - AIM guards captured Carol Danvers in the Alden Store. Elliot recognized her and gave the order to kill her but just in that moment MODOK's blue AIM faction attacked the AIM base.
(Ms. Marvel I#10) - Elliot avoided the battle,
while the "yellow" regular AIM agents tried to stop MODOK's
"blue" men without result. When the "yellow" AIM agents took
the energy cannon, Elliot warned them not to shoot but it was too late. The cannon
shot and the blast was reflected by MODOK's mental shield back to Elliot and his men.
A short time later, Ms. Marvel found him wounded. He confessed to her AIM's plans
to steal the Cavourite Crystal and then passed out. Meanwhile the police had
arrived on the scene.
