History:

(Last Defenders#6) - Special Agent Perkins of SHIELD approached Kyle Richmond in Hoboken. Richmond, who'd formerly been Nighthawk, had been decommissioned by the Initiative and Perkins reminded him that the property he was on was no longer his. Richmond let him know that a purchase had been made, however, and Perkins walked away, frustrated and embarrassed.
