History:

(Daredevil II#38) - Carlos Sanchez and Mikey broke into a Bronx pawn shop and argued over stealing TVs and video games when a police officer entered with a gun. As he called for back up, they knocked the officer down by tossing a stereo at him, then one of them picked up the gun and killed him point blank. They panicked, hearing sirens, as White Tiger (Hector Ayala) entered. They tossed the TV at him and ran. Ayala was blamed for the murder and arrested.

(Daredevil II#39 - BTS) - Mr. Delacourt acted for the state against Ayala in the murder trial while Matt Murdock (Daredevil) represented Ayala.

(Daredevil II#40 - BTS) - Ayala was convicted and ended up being killed by the police.
