Powers/Abilities: Ooru was a soldier, trained for combat and space-traveling. Like other Aakon scouts he used an energy gun and flied over a circular platform.
History: (Captain Marvel I#8) - The Aakon space
mothership, where Ooru was in service, was navigating near Earth, but had some
trouble and was forced to land on the dark side of Earth's moon.
They were attacked by the Kree and lost their commander and
many men. They fled, but hid and remained to find out why the Kree were
interested to the misbegotten planet Earth.
(Captain Marvel I#9) - Scouting the area near Cape Canaveral, the
Aakon found Cyberex
and Captain Mar-Vell and almost defeated them. Ooru searched about Mar-Vell'
body and found a little book entitled Code Z-19. They believed they had found
the key to de-crypt all Kree secrets but could not go back to their mothership because
Cyberex had
repaired itself and killed many of them with a single blast. Ooru and other
Aakon scouts tried to retreat and take the Code to the mothership but were all
slaughtered by the giant robot.
Later, Mar-Vell picked up the notepad from Ooru's dead
body.

Aakon could understand spoken English, but weren't able to read it. That is the reason why they mistook Lawsons' calligraphy believing it was a secret Kree code. Thanks to Brandon Nash Supreme Sir, leader of the Aakon, was added to affiliations.
