Powers/Abilities: Tir-Zarr had the typical training and abilities of an officer of the Kree fleet.
History: (Captain Marvel I#8) - Tir-Zarr was among the Kree sent to observe Earth, in the same mission involving Yon-Rogg and Mar-Vell.
Tir-Zarr and the rest of the Helion crew battled the Aakon on the dark side of Earth's moon. Although the Kree were winning, Yon-Rogg ordered Tir-Zarr to use the nuclear rocket launchers. The Lieutenant asked for written orders, as prescribed by the protocol. Yon-Rogg threatened him, Mar-Vell stopped the Lieutenant, because a nuclear explosion would have been clearly seen from Earth, uncovering the Kree presence and ruining the mission. Tir-Zarr was still uncertain about what to do when Yon-Rogg was wounded. Mar-Vell took the command of the operations and stopped the assault.
For a brief lapse of time, Tir-Zarr was the Commander of the
Helion Kree Starship. After the battle with the Aakon, Yon-Rogg
was still
unconscious and Mar-Vell had to go back to Earth to continue his observing
mission, so Mar-Vell gave the command to Tir-Zarr.
Yon-Rogg recovered
soon and Tir-Zarr took his previous tasks.
