Powers/Abilities: Doctor Clark was an expert scientist when it came to cosmic ray research.

History: (Avengers I#261) - Upon discovering that the infinitely powerful Beyonder was at large, Black Knight and Hercules visited the energy research facility known as Project: PEGASUS. While there, they met with Doctor Clark of the Cosmic Ray Research Unit and explained their situation. As Clark and the two Avengers spoke of how they could track the Beyonder's energy readings, the Beyonder himself appeared and commented on the marvelous devices, asking if he could flip some switches. Hercules immediately grabbed the Beyonder, who blew a gaping hole in the Catskills housing the facility. Black Knight soon confronted the Beyonder, ordering Dr. Clark to leave, which he quickly did.
