History:

(Daredevil II#12 (fb) - BTS) - Bobby, a criminal known on the streets as Mad Dog, was arrested and convicted for the rape of a 14 year old girl named Chloe. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison thanks to the testimony of Chloe and the actions of the super hero Daredevil (Matt Murdock). Bobby was released in five years and he planned kill Chloe. At some point, he stole the gun of police officer Eddie Kelly and killed Eddie's partner, Billy.

(Daredevil II#12) - High on meth, Bobby climbed a fire escape to find Chloe as she was in the same apartment. Bobby was frightened and knocked off the roof when Daredevil and Echo swung by in a battle. He crashed onto a car, where John got out and immediately held Bobby at gunpoint. John caught a poster that offered 200 thousand dollars for Bobby's capture, and planned to turn the criminal in.
