History:
(Marvel Fanfare I#32/2) - The Slasher killed Rosie shortly after she had sold some roses to the Vision and Scarlet Witch. Nobody saw it, and the Slasher got away. Ben Urich wrote an article about the murder and questioned the Slasher's motives. Days later Urich went together with the Vision to another homeless woman to find out Rosie's true name. The Slasher followed them and attacked homeless Gerty after the Vision and Urich had left, but the hero and the reporter heard Gerty's scream. They ran back to her and the Slasher fled from Vision into a tunnel. A subway came and ran over the Slasher. He didn't survive it!

Gerty

(Marvel Fanfare I#32/2) - She was one of the many homeless women in NYC. She knew Rosie for a long time and always told her to be careful. Ben Urich and Vision came to her to ask for Rosie's true name, but Gerty didn't know anything about her past and couldn't tell them Rosie's true name. Urich gave her some money, told her to take care of her and left with Vision. Then the Slasher attacked her, but Vision and Urich heard her scream and returned. Urich took care of Gerty while Vision pursued the Slasher.

Rosie

(Marvel Fanfare I#32/2) - She was a homeless woman which sold roses to people on the streets. One night she sold a rose to Vision and Scarlet Witch like so many times before. After they were gone the Slasher came to her. She wanted to sell a rose to him as well, but the Slasher rather killed her with his icepick. Rosie was buried without a name on her gravestone. Ben Urich wrote an article about her murder and together with Vision further investigated about her past. When they couldn't find out her true name Vision wrote with his eye beams Rosie on her gravestone because it was the only name that ever really mattered.
