History: (Captain America I#342) - M'Daka piloted a Wakandan craft with K'Bali to the Los Angeles home of D-Man, where they presented the Captain (Steve Rogers) with a vibranium shield from their liege, the Black Panther. They also presented a communication with the Black Panther himself. When the Falcon arrived to inform the Captain of an emergency from Diamondback, the Captain requested K'Bali and M'Daka's aid by flying them to the scene of the emergency. M'Daka flew the Captain, Falcon, D-Man, Nomad and Vagabond to a gas station, and was then allowed to depart.

(Avengers I#300 - BTS) - When Captain America reorganized the Avengers, he brought M'Daka aboard to serve in vehicle maintenance.

(Avengers I#311) - M'Daka was present on Avengers Island with the other support crew members and Quasar as they discussed the recent attacks upon the Avengers during "Acts of Vengeance". When Avengers Island was attacked by Dr. Doom's Killer Robots, M'Daka joined the other support crew members in taking up arms against them. M'Daka managed to destroy a robot, but its arms were still able to assault him. He was saved by Fabian Stankowitz, using his Mecho Marauder armor. M'Daka was ultimately injured, and treated by Dr. Kenneth Kincaid. He was evacuated from Avengers Island shortly before it was sunk by explosives the robots left behind.

(Captain America I#370) - When Captain America needed to occupy Diamondback while he met with architect Eric Masterson, he had M'Daka, Fabian Stankowitz and John Jameson play a game of poker with her.

(Thor I#436) - M'Daka was present at Avengers Headquarters as the Absorbing Man's enchanted ball and chain sprang to life to seek out and find its master, smashing its way out of its confines within the headquarters.
