He can fly via jet-thrust from his boots, fire optic blasts, fire repulsor rays from his gauntlets, generate webbing, control iron and other metals via magnetism, sense dangers, and presumably has superhuman strength and healing, the ability to generate flame, enhanced senses, and perhaps advanced fighting skills and other abilities.

History:
(Combo™ Man#1 (fb) - BTS) - Rick Wilder was frequently picked on by a group of guys.

(Combo™ Man#1 (fb)) - Hoping the guys would quit picking on him if he joined them, Rick got caught up in a plot to steal a copy of the midterm exam from the second workplace of their teacher Professor Boyd, Danmark Laboratories. Once inside, Rick saw members of AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics) pressuring Boyd to surrender his device for expanding human potential. Boyd tried to explain to them that it was still in the development stage, but that failed to dissuade the men. Rick tried to create a distraction, but he alerted the members of AIM to his presence. Fleeing from them, he ran into the room containing Boyd's potential expansion device, which was in use. The energy bombardment tore open Rick's bookbag, spilling his comic books. Frightened and hungry, Rick ate a Combo™, after which he was transformed into Combo™ Man, and he felt like he had the confidence to do anything.

(Combo™ Man#1) - Combo™ Man easily overpowered the AIM agents, despite their energy blasters., but they then sent the Super-Adaptoid after him. Realizing that if the Super-Adaptoid duplicated everyone that Combo™ Man was an amalgamation of, Rick thought he would need to overpower him quickly. However, he suddenly turned back to his normal form; Professor Boyd asked how he had gained such powers, and when Rick told him it was from his energy ray, Boyd told him that that couldn't have done it. Realizing it must have been the Combos™, Rick ate another Combo™, transforming him back into Combo™ Man. Striking with his full powers at once, he overloaded the Super-Adaptoid's power, deactivating him.
After receiving thanks from Professor Boyd, Rick flew off, realizing that "if you have to pretend to be something you're not just to fit in, maybe you're trying to fit in with the wrong crowd."

SECRET WARS III HAPPENED

(Ziggy Pig-Silly Seal Comics II#1) - Combo Man was a guest at the extremely down-market Alley Behind a Closed-Down Laundromat Comic Con, where he had all the time to check something on his mobile phone.

Combos, tastes so inviting 'cause they're more than just another snack...they got the knack that other snacks lack...or something like that.
