Powers/Abilities:
Being half-Heliopolitan, Razan the Night Jackal has some degree of
superhuman strength and durability, sufficient to battle and withstand
blows from supernatural foes like Ghost Rider. She presumably has other
superhuman physical attributes such as superhuman agility and
endurance. Razan is also extremely long-lived, having lived at least
since the 1st century A.D., if not earlier.
She also has access to a small army of demonic
creatures and often flies on the back on a winged demon.

BTS) - Razan the Night Jackal was born
a half-goddess, the daughter of Egyptian god Osiris.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#4 (fb) - BTS) - At some
point, Razan was imprisoned by her father.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#3 (fb) - BTS) - After serving her sentence for two thousand years, Razan was freed and forced the serve the sorcerer who rescued her, Necrodamus.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#3 (fb)) - When the sorcerer Necrodamus sought out of the enchanted thirty pieces of silver paid to Judas Iscariot to betray Jesus Christ, he sent Razan to Akeldama, where a monastery had been built around the burial place of Judas and his silver. While a woman distracted the silver's guard, Razan came up behind the guard and killed him. She was then given the key to vault housing the silver.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Razan tested
a weapon designed by Necrodamus against an angel, firing a bullet made
of the enchanted silver into the angel. Razan ultimately lost the
bullet, however, when the angel fled to Johnny Blaze, who acquired the
bullet, suspicious as to its nature. After learning of Johnny Blaze's
involvement, Necrodamus placed Razan in charge of overseeing the
reacquisition of the
angel-killing silver bullet. As part of this task, Razan sent the
demons Roscoe and "Sheriff" to acquire the bullet from Blaze.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#1) - After the demons failed
to retrieve the silver due to the intervention of the demonic hero
Ghost Rider, Necrodamus admitted his disappointment and Razan tried to
blame the failure on the demons, commenting that minor demons were
overconfident with short attention spans. Necrodamus replied that all
that mattered was the retrieval of the silver pieces and he reminded
Razan that he had placed her in charge of overseeing the retrieval.
Apologizing for the failure, Razan remarked that at least the angelic
"spy" had been dealt with but Necrodamus warned that the dying angel
knew exactly where he was going to get others involved in the
situation. Surprised that word of Necrodamus' attempts to acquire the
silver might have spread, Razan asked how and where, at which point
Necrodamus assured her he would find out. Necrodamus then announced
that while he determined the best way to still recover the silver,
Razan would be tasked with ferreting out any other spies into their
mission. Razan remarked that their enemies were clever and it may take
time to weed out spies but Necrodamus warned that time was not
something they had in abundance. He then nonchalantly asked if Razan
still wished to redeem herself and when Razan glared angrily,
Necrodamus took the reaction as an affirmative. Necrodamus then
summoned the demonic Bloodhound to assist Razan and reminded Razan of
the stakes and the consequences should she fail.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Razan sent
orders to Eduardo, a demon posing as a human book store owner, to
capture Johnny Blaze and retrieve the silver piece in his possession,
making it very clear that Eduardo had to accomplish his mission by the
following night. Leaving Eduardo to his mission, Razan visited Ragnar
the Dark Dwarf and presented the dwarf with specifications for a weapon
to be constructed from Necrodamus' enchanted silver.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#2) - Razan arrived at the home of supernatural being Curtis. Sensing the axe in Razan's hands, Curtis beckoned Razan to go ahead and kill him, feeling as if she would be doing him a favor. Witnessing Razan's murder of Curtis from afar, Necrodamus remarked that soon, anyone who had seen his enchanted silver or talked to his enemies about it would be dead.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#4 (fb)) - Still acting on her orders to
silence anyone who had any connection to the enchanted silver, Razan
tracked down and attempted to kill the woman who had earlier assisted
her in acquiring the silver in the first place.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#3) -
Following the Wall Street Club member
and associate of Daimon Hellstrom Edwin, Razan used him as bait and, as
suspected, the fearful Edwin eventually summoned Daimon Hellstrom and
his allies Blade, Johnny Blaze and Satana
for
protection. While the
heroes discussed matters with Edwin, Razan reported back to Necrodamus
her plan to use Edwin as bait. After Blade and Satana departed for Port
Brimstone and Hellstrom showed Edwin the silver bullet, Razan saw her
opportunity to attack and steal the silver. Sending demonic hordes to
attack the heroes and Edwin, Razan succeeded in snatching up the
dropped silver piece. She then flew away, only to be pursued by Blaze
as Ghost Rider, but she unleashed the demonic Bloodhound against Ghost
Rider to cover her escape. Later returning to Necrodamus at the
Popocatepetl volcano in Mexico, Razan presented him with the missing
silver piece, which Necrodamus promptly gave to Ragnar the Dark Dwarf
to complete the forging of his angel-killing weapon. Commending Razan
on a job well done, Necrodamus proclaimed that she had redeemed herself
after losing the silver piece in the first place.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#4) - Razan brought Necrodamus a crate and he
commended her, suggesting she smile for once since victory was at hand.
Razan gruffly remarked that it was Necrodamus' victory, not hers, and
she reminded Necrodamus that she only served him as a matter of honor.
When Necrodamus asked if she'd rather he left her imprisoned, Razan
replied in the negative and Necrodamus changed the subject, asking how
Razan's father Osiris had been. She began to answer, remarking on how
her father and her did not see eye to eye, until she noticed Necrodamus
struggling to get the crate open. Offering to assist, Razan was told by
Necrodamus that he wanted to open it himself and he asked why Osiris
had imprisoned Razan in the first place. She answered that it was a
long story before being interrupted when Necrodamus finally got the
crate open.
Razan later remained in the shadows as Necrodamus met with the demon Beleth and after the meeting, Necrodamus asked if Razan had heard the conversation between Necrodamus and Beleth and asked Razan's thoughts on the matter. Razan expressed suspicion that Beleth was using Necrodamus and suggested Necrodamus call off his plan to attack the covenant between Heaven and Hell, as all of the risk was on Necrodamus rather than Beleth. Agreeing that he was being used, Necrodamus nonetheless told Razan that they had come too far to turn back now and opted to continue his plan as intended. He then decided to depart for the covenant, ordering Razan to summon any demons she could to assist.
(Spirits of Vengeance I#5) - When Necrodamus entered Gethsemane
Flats
to interfere with the covenant between Heaven and Hell by killing the
angel Michael with the Archangel Killer weapon provided by Ragnar the
Dark Dwarf, several supernatural heroes attacked in an attempt to stop
Necrodamus, who ordered Razan to defend him. Announcing that in her
earlier encounter with Ghost Rider, she had been distracted by the task
of acquiring the silver, Razan proclaimed that Ghost Rider had her full
attention now and the two jumped into battle against one another while
Daimon Hellstrom and Satana dealt with the demons Razan had brought
along for assistance. As the battle progressed, Blade hit Razan with a
motorcycle and told Ghost Rider to head towards the covenant while he
dealt with Razan. Ghost Rider arrived in time to keep Necrodamus from
killing Michael but before Ghost Rider could subject Necrodamus to his
Penance Stare, Razan pulled Necrodamus from the fray. As they flew off,
Razan proclaimed them even and announced that she served Necrodamus no
longer.

It was impossible to determine Razan's hair color, as she always seemed to have a hood-like thing on her hand...unless that WAS her hair...it's a little hard to tell by the artwork...
