Powers/Abilities: Like all Kalahians, Olalla had the superhuman ability to render herself into a 2-dimensional form (although Olalla was not seen using this ability). Olalla had advanced scientific knowledge and was also a gifted pilot. The stratoplane she operated was built from duragen, a remarkably powerful metal. The craft was equipped with a radio, television and had machine guns mounted on its nose and wings; these machine guns fired "heat bullets."

History:
(Mystic Comics I#4/3) - In 1940, Kalahia was visited by the scientist and explorer Bruce Dickson. Olalla's father, the Chief Elder of the Council of Elders, saved Bruce's life by exposing him to an electronic ray that granted him the same ability Olalla and the other Kalahians had, to assume a 2-dimensional form. Olalla showed Bruce around Kalahia and revealed their many scientific advancements, such as a communication link they had established with beings on Mars.
(New Invaders I#7 (fb)) - Olalla showed Bruce Dickson around Kalahia, explaining how her people lived without crime because they had sufficient resources for everyone. She and Bruce began to fall in love. After learning from the Kalahians, Bruce asked to bring their message of peace to the rest of the world. Olalla's father could see she and Bruce were in love and granted the request.
(Mystic Comics I#4/3) - Olalla insisted on accompanying Bruce and her father agreed. Bruce and Olalla toiled together to build an aircraft called the stratoplane to transport themselves out of Kalahia. As they flew over a city in the United States they saw a man in a sedan about to murder a taxicab driver. They fired the stratoplane's heat bullets at the sedan, killing the occupants and exploding the vehicle. Bruce investigated the criminals behind the attack and set out under the alias of the Thin Man to catch Clip Walton, the gangster behind the attacks. Olalla remained with the stratoplane against her wishes. When the Thin Man wound up in a fight with Walton and his men, Olalla piloted the stratoplane to his rescue, using its heat bullets to shoot down the gangsters. They delivered Clip Walton to the local police commissioner with a note reading, "compliments of the Thin Man and Olalla."
(Marvel Premiere I#29) - In 1942, Olalla piloted the stratoplane as the Thin Man pursued a Nazi spy plane that was flying over Pennsylvania. The Thin Man snuck aboard the plane and defeated the spies, rescuing their hostage Red Raven. The radio's stratoplane then picked up a radio message from Bucky (James Buchanan Barnes), who was seeking allies to rescue the Invaders from Nazi brainwashing. Olalla sent a radio message to the Thin man, alerting him to Bucky's message. The Thin Man and Red Raven both answered the call, ultimately joining the team the Liberty Legion.
(New Invaders I#7 (fb) - BTS) - Olalla eventually married Bruce Dickson then returned to Kalahia, only to be present when the city was assaulted by Agent Axis, who was striking back at the Thin Man over a previous clash. Agent Axis made Olalla watch as he killed her family and the rest of Kalahia's inhabitants, then killed Olalla.

The destruction of Kalahia was first shown in Marvel Comics Presents I#34/4, although Olalla's death wasn't confirmed until New Invaders I#7.

Olalla's father was the Chief Elder of Kalahia who led their Council of Elders. Like other Kalahians he could render himself into a 2-dimensional state. When Bruce Dickson was found in Kalahia, the Council of Elders used an electronic ray on Bruce that granted him the same 2-dimensional ability they shared. When Bruce asked to use Kalahia's knowledge to make the outside world a better place, the Chief Elder agreed as he believed in Bruce's goodness and could see that Olalla was in love with him. Years later, the Chief Elder was killed by the forces of Agent Axis when they destroyed Kalahia.
