History:
(Amazing Spider-Man I#23) - Daily Bugle publisher J. Jonah Jameson visited the Midtown Business Executives Club alongside Merriweather and Norman Osborn. Merriweather complimented Jameson for rehiring Frederick Foswell, a known ex-con. Jameson was annoyed when an attendant at the club summoned him away to see a visitor, who proved to be Foswell with information he'd gleaned from the underworld about Lucky Lobo.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#26) - J. Jonah Jameson met with Norman Osborn and other club members at the Midtown Business Executives Club and boasted to them how the Daily Bugle was able to keep on top of crime stories in the city thanks to Foswell. Osborn wondered if it was wise of him to place so much trust in Foswell but Jameson insisted he'd soon be breaking a major story.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#27) - After the Daily Bugle broke the story on the Crime-Master, Jameson visited the club to enjoy his fellow members' adulations, dismissing Foswell's work and declaring it was due to his leadership.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#37 - BTS) - When one of Mendel Stromm's robots destroyed one of Osborn's plants, Jameson was at the Club and sped away to the scene of the crime, vowing to Osborn he'd get Spider-Man for what had happened.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#62) - J. Jonah Jameson was at the Midtown Business Executives Club with Norman Osborn when he began ranting about his vendetta against Spider-Man. This caused Norman to start remembering his past as the Green Goblin, which gave him a headache.
(Spectacular Spider-Man I#1) - J. Jonah Jameson and police captain George Stacy met at the Midtown Business Executives Club to discuss the politics of mayoral candidate Richard Raleigh, whom Jameson was in favor of but Stacy was skeptical.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#65) - Harry Osborn came to the Midtown Executives Business Club in search of his father and asked J. Jonah Jameson for help but Jameson thought Norman was at the hospital, so was no help.
(Spectacular Spider-Man I#2) - Police captain George Stacy visited the Midtown Business Executives Club and showed a slideshow presentation about super-villains to J. Jonah Jameson, Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn and Peter Parker. Unfortunately, the slides of the Green Goblin caused Norman to begin recalling his forgotten alter ego and he collapsed, then was rushed to a hospital.
(Amazing Spider-Man I#141) - J. Jonah Jameson was at the Midtown Business Executives Club with Joe Robertson when an attendant named Norton told him he had a phone call; Jameson conversed on the phone with Mysterio, whom he was pitting against Spider-Man.
Comments: Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
The Midtown Executives Business Club has often been confused with the Century Club, which Norman Osborn and J. Jonah Jameson also belonged to (they're both seen there in Untold Tales of Spider-Man I#20); the big difference seems to be that Wilson Fisk is the most prominent member of the Century Club but didn't belong to the Midtown Executives Business Club.
A narration caption in Amazing Spider-Man I#141 indicates the Midtown Business Executives Club membership dues were $5,000 per year.
