History:

(Bishop XSE I#1) - Kali and her fellow mutants who comprised the Fanatix stormed the penthouse of J. Jerome Knox on the evening he was hosting a "unification party" between humans and mutants. The Fanatix believed humans should be subjugated by mutants, so took Knox hostage. As Pulsar began to announce his demands, Kali demanded they kill all of the guests, human and mutant alike as she considered any mutants at the party "collaborators."

    Before the Fanatix could begin claiming lives, the X.S.E. attacked them. When Kali's teammate Razorback attempted to fire quills from his body to impale the X.S.E.'s Malcolm, Malcolm dodged the attack and the quills struck Kali instead, killing her.
