History:
(Marvel Premiere I#24 (fb) - BTS) - Major Hassan was hired by the sorcerer Master Khan to assist him in overthrowing Princess Azir of Halwan so he could take her throne. Using money Khan provided, Hassan bought out a traitor who worked at S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Fenris Station, where the robot Monstroid was kept. Hassan also purchased a device designed to reactivate the Monstroid.

(Marvel Premiere I#24) - Hassan led a team of soldiers from the Halwani Revolutionary Army, including Beyd in a raid of Fenris Station, using the information they had bought to bypass S.H.I.E.L.D.'s security forces using nerve gas. Accessing the vault where Monstroid was held, Hassan reactivated the Monstroid and gave it the instruction to kill Princess Azir. However, the Monstroid failed and was destroyed by Iron Fist. Hassan met with Master Khan, who blamed him for failing to anticipate Iron Fist's involvement. Master Khan ordered Hassan to learn more about Iron Fist in order to learn his weaknesses.

(Marvel Premiere I#25 - BTS) - Hassan and Beyd captured Colleen Wing, Iron Fist's closest friend.

(Iron Fist I#1) - Hassan and Beyd brought Colleen to JFK Airport to prepare for transport to Halwan but before Beyd could sedate her, Colleen attacked him then kicked down Hassan and fled toward the airport terminal. However, Colleen chanced to encounter Davos, who knocked her out. When Hassan demanded Davos give Colleen back to him, Davos complied, having no interest in what seemed to him to be "white slavers." One of Hassan's subordinates suggested they should kill Davos to ensure his silence but Davos claimed that if they tried, a lot of Hassan's men would be killed. Hassan let Davos go without incident.

(Iron Fist I#2) - During their flight to Halwan, Hassan had Colleen subjected to indoctrination by a slavemaster to place her under his control. Arriving at their fortress in Jera'ad Al-D'in, Halwan, Hassan brought Colleen to Master Khan, claiming he had "totally conditioned" Colleen. When Master Khan asked whether Hassan would stake his life on that, Hassan insisted he would. Unfortunately for Hassan, Colleen was not entirely conditioned and refused to submit to Master Khan. Disappointed in Hassan for failing him, Master Khan announced he was setting a trail for Iron Fist to follow that would lead him to Hassan. Transforming himself into a cat-like creature, Master Khan slew Hassan.

(Iron Fist I#5) - Master Khan used the dead Hassan to lure Iron Fist into a trap, forging a note from Hassan so that Iron Fist would head to an address in London, England where another of his subordinates, Scimitar, would be waiting. Hassan's corpse was left at the address with a note pinned to his chest reading "Thus die all traitors to the master!"

Beyd was an older man who worked with Major Hassan in the Halwani Revolutionary Army. He participated in the assault on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Fenris Station to capture the Monstroid. Later, he assisted Hassan in kidnapping Colleen Wing but when they brought her to JFK Airport, she broke free from Beyd before he could sedate her and she only failed to escape them because she chanced to encounter Iron Fist's enemy Davos.

Kemal

Kemal was another soldier who worked with Major Hassan in the Halwani Revolutionary Army. He was stationed at the Jera'ad Al-D'in in Halwan with Hassan arrived with Colleen Wing. Kemal informed that Master Khan wanted to see Hassan and Colleen.
