History:(Howard the Duck I#28 (fb) - BTS) - Following a mission in which she attempted to give secret Army information to Howard the Duck, elderly apparent undercover agent Miz reported back to her superiors but they assumed she had went crazy when she related the story of working with a duck and recommended she pay a visit to Dr. Pheels Goode, a psychiatrist that worked on credit.
(Howard the Duck I#28) - Miz
visited the office of Dr. Pheels Goode, arriving to see Dr. Goode
making out with his secretary, Nurse Coil. When Dr. Goode claimed he
was performing a little side dentistry work on his secretary and asked
if Miz wanted to see, the disbelieving Miz suggested Dr. Goode can the
corn and asked if he was going to analyze her or not. Dr. Goode quickly
composed himself and confirmed that instant analysis on credit was
indeed his specialty. Miz then laid down on Dr. Goode's couch and
related recent events involving an undercover operation at the Squirrel
Cage Cafe in which she attempted to provide information on Army
experiments to Howard the Duck. Surprised that Miz's apparent contact
was an actual duck, Dr. Goode asked Miz to continue her story. Upon
hearing Miz's claims that she used karate against Army soldiers who
sought to quiet her, Dr. Goode assumed Miz was mad as a hatter and hit
a button on his desk to summon the local mental hospital. As the
arriving hospital staff carried the ranting and raving Miz out in a
straitjacket, Dr. Goode summoned his next patient. 
The
stumbling, visually impaired bus driver Seymour Driver then entered the
room and asked if he was next, to which Dr. Goode replied that Driver
was next if he wished to be. Driver then shook hands with Dr. Goode's
coat rack, thinking Dr. Goode had very thin hands, before stumbling his
way onto Dr. Goode's couch, at which point Dr. Goode asked Driver if
they should proceed with his analysis. Dr. Goode asked Driver if he
suffered from a certain perceptual issue but Driver claimed he was just
clumsy before recounting the story of being held up by Howard the Duck
with a number two pencil. When Dr. Goode asked what the hijacker looked
like and Seymour Driver mentioned that it was a talking duck, Dr. Goode
became visibly frazzled and suggested relief was on the way as he hit
the button to summon the mental hospital a second time. Wiping the
sweat from his forehead, Dr. Goode buzzed Nurse Coil, who asked if it
was "molar time" again, and Goode asked her if he had any more patients
for the day. Before Coil could answer, General D. Zastermarch entered
the room saluting and checking the area for bugs and wires. Dr. Goode
asked Zastermarch to recount the reason why he was visiting and after
Gen. Zastermarch mentioned an encounter with Howard the Duck, the
exasperated Dr. Goode again summoned the mental hospital.
