    Fio'ri can alter his form at will.

    He often appears in a form comparable to perhaps 10- to 12-year-old male, bald, dark complexion human, with what would appear to be a large "third eye" on his forehead.

He uses this form when trying to evoke sympathy/compassion for himself.

    Fio'ri can modify that form -- usually when using his powers -- to take on a green hue and a more inhuman appearance, including larger and pointed ears, fanged teeth, four spikes atop the head, larger eyes (see the Eyes section below for further description), and with the markings around his "third eye" now extending black spikes in various directions.

    When involved in combat, Fio'ri adopts a giant, inhuman form, with the rest of his "head" retracting so that the "third eye" was a yellow globe (see the Eyes section below for further description).

This form's long arms' digits all ended in sharp points.

The limbs could be extended to a longer, tendril/tentacle form without hands on the end.

The giant form demonstrated superhuman strength (perhaps enhanced human, lifting 1000 - 4000 lbs.), which Fio'ri could use in combination with his emotion-manipulating powers to to incapacitate a foe.

    Immune to sunlight, Fio'ri was not immune to being impaled by a large metal pole, which apparently could fatally injure him, even in his inhuman form.

    Upon death, Fio'ri seemed to decompose into dust.

Height: Unrevealed (approximately 4'6" in childlike form; approximately 15-25' in giant/monstrous form) Weight: Unrevealed (approximately 65 pounds in childlike form; given the inhuman composition of his monstrous form, it is virtually impossible to speculate on weight) Eyes: Variable;     Fio'ri's childlike form had large white, presumably scleral components, with black irises, or perhaps white/colorless irises and relatively large pupils;        the eye structure could vary, usually when using his powers, sometimes showing two yellow concentric circles surrounding a red circle (and with a small central pupil) within the white sclera;        additionally, sometimes one eye retained its previous appearance and the other had the circles, both with some potential variation;     Fio'ri's giant form had a yellow orb for a head, with a series or black-outlined concentric red circles with a central dot -- this seemed to be a manifestation of what seemed to potentially be the "third eye" on his forehead. (Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - Pripyat, the city nearby Chernobyl, Ukraine that was home to the Vampire Nation was assaulted by the extradimensional pirates.

    Blade and Dracula's bodyguard slew all of the pirates, but Blade apparently sensed another of the invaders. The bodyguard identified, located, and assaulted the youth, Fio'ri (at the time unidentified), but Blade stopped him, sensing that while he was from the same dimension as the others, he was not a warrior.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - Dracula had the young vampire Leslie, who had recently joined the dungeon guard, escort the youth to the prison.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - Although having almost instantly recognized Fio'ri's true nature as a psychic vampire, Dracula resolved to use him and the invasion to manipulate the young power-hungry Dahlia into attacking him or Blade so that he could get rid of her without making it appear that he was assassinating his enemies.  

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - The following night, Leslie brought forth the extradimensional youth in front of a gathering of Dracula and other more senior vampires; putting pressure on his shoulder, she instructed the youth "Kneel, Creepo." Via psychic speech, the youth revealed his name as Fio'ri and related his history of being the sole survivor of a mass abduction by pirates.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - Fio'ri manipulated and magnified Blade's tendency to pity the weak.

    When Blade refused to allow any further "trial" of the seemingly innocent youth and threatened Dracula and his guards if they challenged him, Dahlia -- apparently manipulated to have her anger amplified by Fio'ri -- attacked Blade. However, Dracula grabbed Dahlia by the neck, subduing her, and then had his guards take Dahlia and Fio'ri away.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - In the dungeon, Fio'ri noted that all present seemed to be so angry, and as Dahlia raged about Dracula's actions, the youth identified her as the angriest one of all and suggested that they put that rage to good use. Fio'ri subsequently manipulated Leslie and the other (Nosferati-looking) guard, amplifying their fear of Dracula to the point of incapacitating them.

    After explaining the nature of his powers, Fio'ri offered to share them temporarily with Dahlia: While he wanted only to feed, Fio'ri felt confident that Dahlia could think of a few ways to use her enemies' fear and anger against them. When Dahlia confirmed this, they shook hands, and Fio'ri shared his power with her.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade (fb) - BTS) - Fio'ri and Dahlia rampaged throughout Pripyat.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - After Blade and Dracula discovered the incapacitated guards and realized the two newest prisoners had escaped, Blade assumed that Dahlia was to blame, but Dracula revealed that Fio'ri was a psychic vampire. Dracula's guards/whatever informed him of the trail Fio'ri and Dahlia had left, and Dracula advised Blade to "step in and be the law," but Blade insisted that Dracula was going to help clean up his own mess.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - As Dahlia sent the vampires into a mindless frenzy, battling each other, Fio'ri drank deeply of these emotions, "a cocktail, weighty with rage, passion, and...mindlessness."

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade - BTS) - Dahlia attacked Blade when he entered the fight, attempting to drive him feral with rage. Already hating all vampires, Blade was unaffected by this assault, and he kicked her into an alley. Consumed by her own rage, Dahlia prepared to face Blade anew, but she failed to detect Dracula behind her, and he pulled her into the shadows and presumably destroyed her. 

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - When Blade announced his intentions to find this "emotional @#$&#," Fio'ri came forth, offering to help  but then noted -- while transforming into a giant monstrous form (possibly his true form) -- that he thought Blade would find that he was rarely the emotional one. While physically battering Blade, Fio'ri also caused his senses to overwhelmed by mourning.

    After Blade dropped to his knees, Fio'ri noted that while most of his kind would have been drained empty or been  consumed by their own emotions by now, he suspected that Blade could feed him for a lifetime. Fio'ri advised that Blade would nonetheless end up broken and drained, but Blade distracted Fio'ri by referencing the rising sun.

    Although the sun had no effect on Fio'ri, the distraction gave Blade the chance to grab a lamppost, break it in half, and impale Fio'ri with its jagged end.

    With Fio'ri's destruction, his emotional influence on Blade and the others faded.

    I don't know if Fio'ri's tales of being a victim of the pirates are true or not, but reading over the stories again and again, I don't see anything to indicate anything else.

    Fio'ri is referred to as "they" in some instances but "he" in others.

• Fio'ri may be a gestalt/collective entity
• Fio'ri may have multiple personalities (or dissociative identity disorder)
• Fio'ri may or may not be androgynous
• Fio'ri may or may not identify as "they."
  
• The use of "they" may have been an error
  
• Without any clarification and since both "they" and "he" are used, for the sake of clarity in this profile, I'm going with "he."

• FIORELLA, DELLA - disco enthusiast, former lover of T. J. Novello, killed him when he became interested in Lilith (Daughter of Dracula), vamped by Lilith--Marvel Preview#16/4
• FIORELLO LaGUARDIA - real world (and Reality-616, plus most realities paralleling Reality-616 with more recent divergences) mayor of New York from 1934 to 1945 A.D.

(Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) <According to Fio'ri> - In "a city behind a veil," bandits (or pirates) set upon Fio'ri and his people, kidnapping several and dragging them across Dimension Blood.      When the veil opened, Fio'ri found that he had been the only one to survive to arrive on Earth alongside the pirates.      The pirates were excited at the new lands on the other side (of the portal/veil?). (Death of Dr. Strange: Blade) - Pripyat, the city nearby Chernobyl, Ukraine that was home to the Vampire Nation was assaulted by the extradimensional pirates.     Blade and Dracula's bodyguard slew all of the pirates, but Blade apparently sensed another of the invaders. --Death of Dr. Strange: Blade#1 Note: It seems quite possible that Fio'ri made up the story of the pirates kidnapping him and that he was one of them from the start, but other than Fio'ri posing as an innocent when he was a powerful emotion-manipulator, there's nothing to refute the story he told Dracula, Blade, etc. . .
