History:
(Eliminator#2 (fb)) - Pamela was courted by Rick Pearson and Brian Marmount, high school classmates and best friends who had played football and joined the marines together, wordent-pamela-93060-e2-wrickked the same jobs and played the same games. After both men joined the government agency Aladdin and impressed their commanding officers mission after mission, Pam ended up choosing Rick Pearson.

(Eliminator#2 (fb) - BTS / Eliminator#3 (fb) - BTS) - Rick and Pamela were married, and they eventually had a daughter, Jennifer.

(Siren Special#1 (fb)) - Decades ago, Aladdin began a genetic research experiment to create the perfect soldier using adaptive DNA from one of their top three "Cybernoids," Rick Pearson. They believed they had two successes, one of which was Jennifer Pearson.

(Eliminator#2 (fb)) - While Jennifer was still very young, the government told Pamela Dent that Jennifer's father, Rick Pearson had died; according to Dee Dent, she could see on Jennifer's face that she already knew.dent-pamela-93060-fampic

(Siren Special#1 (fb)) - Having learned of Aladdin's plans to take Jennifer as a test subject, Pamela spoke to her infant daughter, telling her "Know yourself. You're momma's little girl. Know this forever. Don't let anybody tell you different."

When Aladdin agents approached, Pamela told Jennifer she was so sorry, before considering that she couldn't let them do this.

Apparently realizing that she could not stop Aladdin, she told Jen to forgive her and to remember that she would love her always.

(Siren Special#1 (fb) - BTS) - Aladdin took the infant Jennifer Pearson from her mother. Jennifer had been bred to have an indestructible skeleton, but when she failed their tested when they cut off her pinky finger.

With the experiment presumably deemed a failure, Jennifer was returned to her mother, who later told that the partially missing finger was a birth defect.

(Eliminator#2 (fb)) - When Jennifer was four, her mom died. She was raised thereafter by her mother's sister, Aunt Dee.

(Eliminator#2 (fb) - BTS) - Dee always brought up Jennifer's parents when she wanted her to listen to her.

(Eliminator#2 - BTS) - Having lost his memories in the process of becoming the Eliminator, Pearson awakened from a dream about Pamela. dent-pamela-93060-ss-wbaby

Dee told Jennifer that her mother would not have wanted her to be dressing up and running around as Siren. As Jennifer looked at picture of her and her parents, she wished that she could remember what they were like. Dee told Jen that she was so much like Pamela, who had loved her so.

(Eliminator#3 - BTS) - After Mannequin captured Siren and then led Pearson to him, Rick saw Siren's face and briefly mistook her for Pamela. Siren was surprised to hear the name and wondered if they were talking about her mother.

Comments: Created by Hank Kanalz, Roland Mann and Mike Zeck

I pieced together Pamela's history from a series of flashbacks, so it's difficult to know the specific order of things, but if Pamela couldn't stop Aladdin from taking her daughter, presumably Rick was already presumed to be dead...then again, as Dee said she could tell from Jennifer's face that she knew she was going to be told of her father's death, it's hard to believe an infant could express such emotion/knowledge...so maybe it was after...maybe Rick was out on a mission for Aladdin when they came for Jennifer. Again, information was sparse, so who really knows? And, unfortunately, it is unlikely that answers are forthcoming...

Similarly, we don't know the circumstances of her death, where she lived, where she grew up, and/or whether she adopted her husband's last name when they were married.
