(Earth-803) terrestrial laboratory

(May Reilly), Leopardon of Earth-51778, Lord
Harold Osborne, Oscorp,
Spider-Man
2099 (Miguel O'Hara of Earth-928)

2015)
Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Stadium
functions as a very large laboratory equipped with all sorts of
mechanical devices, tools and chemicals for working on and/or creating
technological devices. It is just slightly smaller than a football
field.
History:
(Spider-Man 2099 II#8 (fb) -BTS) - The Stadium was created as one of
Oscorp's largest laboratories, just slightly smaller than the size of a
football field.
(Spider-Man 2099 II#8) - After Lady Spider (May Reilly) and Earth-928's Spider-Man 2099 discovered the wrecked robot Leopardon of Earth-51778, they returned to Lady Spider's Earth-803 home reality and May Reilly approached Lord Harold Osborne in hopes of using the Stadium to secretly repair Leopardon. Lord Osborne admitted that he would have to ask his father's permission to use the Stadium but he eventually agreed to ask his father in exchange for the chance to take May Reilly out to dinner. After successfully getting permission from his father, Harold granted Lady Spider and Spider-Man 2099 access to the Stadium. The two spider-themed heroes then transported the wrecked Earth-51778 robot Leopardon into the Stadium and they began work to rebuild the robot. Unaware that his father was the villainous Green Goblin and that he was planning an attack on Lady Spider at the Stadium, Harold eventually ventured inside the Stadium, curious as to what the two spiders were working on. Moments after he was shocked to see Leopardon, the Six Men of Sinistry (led by the Green Goblin) attacked Lady Spider within the Stadium. The two spiders ultimately defeated the Six Men and used their technology to complete their rebuild of Leopardon, soon after departing the Stadium to reconvene with the rest of the Multiversal Spider-Army.

Oscorp was just barely mentioned
in a single panel of Spider-Man 2099 II#8 when the Green Goblin
contacts the Six Men of Sinistry to inform them that Lady Spider was
using Oscorp's largest laboratory, the Stadium. That's all the
information we have. From that, we can assume Oscorp is a company that
owns laboratories. It also seems likely that Lord Harold Osborne's
father at least runs the company, if not outright owning it. We never
actually see Oscorp though, nor are we even told what Lord Harold
Osborne's father's name is...other than Green Goblin.
