Powers/Abilities/Functions: Shock Rollers are exercise equipment used by the Avengers. The spherical devices bounce harmless off most objects but will deliver a strong electrical jolt when touched by a person.

History:

(Tales of Suspense I#78/2) - Captain America was using three Shock Rollers as an exercise routine at Avengers Mansion when he was interrupted by Nick Fury. The Captain warned Fury the Shock Rollers were dangerous, but Fury ignored the warning. Fury reached out and grabbed one of the Shock Rollers, trying to bring the Captain's exercise routine to an end, but when Fury touched the Shock Roller, it jolted him, leaving him with a bad electrical shock in his right hand. Fury released the Shock Roller as Captain America chided him for being careless.
