History:
(She-Hulk I#5 (fb) - BTS) - The scientist High Evolutionary transformed
an ordinary chimpanzee into one of his humanoid New Man and the evolved
chimpanzee was named Mr. Bobo. Once out into the world of humans,
however, Mr. Bobo retained some of his chimpanzee characteristics such
as flinging feces when upset. After two incidents in which he did just
that, he hired lawyer Jennifer Walters at the superhuman law firm of
Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg and Holliway.
(She-Hulk I#5) - Following a third offense, the upset Mr. Bobo entered Jennifer Walters' office, breaking one of her chairs, and begged for her to make the issue go away but Walters admitted that, with it being Bobo's third offense, there was only so much she could do and he couldn't go around flinging his poop at people. Bobo argued that no matter what the High Evolutionary had made him, he was still a chimpanzee and that he couldn't help throwing feces when upset but Walters explained that if she attempted to argue his case on those grounds, they wouldn't send Bobo to jail but rather, a zoo. Flying in a rage, Bobo stormed around Jennifer's office and eventually lunged at her, only to be shoved against the wall but Jennifer's co-worker, "Pug" Pugliese. "Pug" warned the "damned dirty ape" to keep his "stinking paws" to himself. Jennifer's date, John Jameson, arrived soon after and Jennifer asked if "Pug" had everything under control with Bobo and when "Pug" assured her he did, Jennifer promised to talk with Bobo about the situation later and informed him that he would be billed for the broken chair but not the wall "Pug" had slammed Bobo into. As Jennifer and John left, Mr. Bobo asked what was wrong with "Pug," claiming he wasn't going to do anything to Jennifer and that his actions were just "one of those primate things" like thumping his chest, male posturing and such. An annoyed "Pug" only replied back with "Yeah. I know."

Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z HC Vol. 4 - Goodman,
Lieber, Kurtzberg & Book entry - BTS) - After learning of Goodman,
Lieber, Kurtzberg and Holliway's Artie Zix's true nature as an alien
robot, the shapeshifting Ditto was coerced into posing as GLK&H
employee Stu Cicero and hiring former GLK&H client Mr. Bobo as a
secretary to replace Ditto himself, who had previously been posing as
Zix's secretary "Dottie." Bobo soon proved to be surprisingly capable
in his new receptionist role.
(She-Hulk II#16) - After the criminal White Rabbit stormed out of GLK&H lawyer Mallory Book's office, she reached out to her secretary Dottie to see who she had on her schedule for the next day, only to be told by Bobo that all of her clients had canceled. Shocked, Book exited her office and was surprised to see Bobo sitting at Dottie's desk. When Book muttered that Bobo was monkey, Mr. Bobo corrected her that he was a chimpanzee and introduced himself as Mr. Zix's new secretary. Book then asked what had happened to Dottie but Bobo admitted he didn't know. Bobo then continued working as Book lamented the recent mess GLK&H had become and interns Chas Kilpatrick and Lewis Utz walked by bugging Stu Cicero about comic book continuity.
(She-Hulk II#18) - When She-Hulk returned to GLK&H after being
away assisting S.H.I.E.L.D., Mr. Bobo was one of the many GLK&H
employees to greet and welcome her back.
(She-Hulk II#19) - After Lewis Utz and Chas Kilpatrick discovered
that the shapeshifting Ditto was posing as GLK&H's Stu Cicero, they
dragged Ditto to meet with Artie Zix and following a brief wait, Mr.
Bobo informed the trio that Mr. Zix would be able to see them.
(She-Hulk II#20) - When Artie Zix announced to the employees of GLK&H that had something to say and invited everyone into his office, he asked Mr. Bobo to hold all of his calls and informed Bobo that he was not to be disturbed under any circumstances. Bobo assured Zix that he would keep all of the riff-raff out of his office. The real Stu Cicero later arrived at GLK&H with the help of speedster Whiz Kid, who kept Bobo busy while Stu himself entered Zix's office to confront him.
(She-Hulk II#21 (fb) - BTS) - After
Zix revealed himself to be a Rigellian Recorder robot and departed
Earth, Mr. Bobo became one of the secretaries for Mallory Book, who
became a partner at the renamed Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg and Book.
(She-Hulk II#21) - When Book began to get a slew of
calls wishing to hire her as a lawyer, Bobo helped field some of the
calls and he soon interrupted the very busy Mallory Book to inform her
of a very special phone call she had been waiting for. He later
gathered together with most of the other GLK&H employees as
Jennifer Walters announced her plans to leave Earth-616 for Earth-721.
(She-Hulk II#29 (fb))) - Mr. Bobo was reading a book in the GLK&B offices as Mallory Book spoke with Jennifer Walters about representing Arthur Moore.
(She-Hulk II#37) - When She-Hulk paid a return visit to GLK&B
after leaving the law business, Mr. Bobo, Two-Gun Kid and many other
GLK&B employees greeted and cheered at her arrival.
