Powers/Abilities: Janice has the standard powers and weaknesses of a vampire. She possessed enhanced human strength and speed, sharp fangs and claws that could rend through flesh. She has learned Chthonic Verses for years and was loyal beyond a doubt to her master.
Unlike normal vampires she could age with the aid of Geiomar when he fed on her energies after she fed on blood.

History:
(Adventure into Terror#4/4) - Sally called her friend June Beaumont because she needed a babysitter for Janice. June had no problem babysitting Janice and headed right over. She tucked Janice in, but was shocked when Janice showed her fangs because she was a vampire like the babies at the nursery home June had fled from a few months earlier. Janice jumped June.
(Captain America: Unforgiven#1 (fb) - BTS) - Janice ended up at the nursery ward in Bleeker Street with the other vampire babies (or was returned; see comments). She and the other babies were given to the Leach (aka. Geiomar) to appease him. Geiomar fed on the vampire babies' energies so that they would age. Janice and the other babies became the Leach clan.
Geiomar turned the secret hospital ward, which was actually a hidden Temple to Chthon, into the Quench Institute for the Self and became known as the self-help guru Bobby Quench.
(Spider-Man: Unforgiven#1 (fb) - BTS) - Janice became his head nurse and ran the front desk.
(X-Men: Unforgiven#1 (fb) - BTS) - Janice and the other vampires of the Leach clan regularly fed on the graduates of the Quench Center for the Self.
(Spider-Man: Unforgiven#1) - Janice told the returning Corey that Bobby Quench was busy and had no time until the holiday. Quench overheard the conversation and told Janice to just let Corey in because she was in needed of communion after being away for such a long time.
(X-Men: Unforgiven#1 (fb) - BTS) - Janice immediately felt that something was off with Corey upon her return.
(X-Men: Unforgiven#1) - Geiomar introduced another group of graduates of the Quench Center to Janice and his other children. Janice recited a Chthonic Verse before feeding with her siblings on the graduates, brutally opening their veins and drinking their blood. Geiomar then fed on the vampires' energies.
Geiomar later sent Janice to follow Corey home because he believed that she would betray them.
Janice followed Corey all the way to the Forgiven's secret base where she attacked her before she could betray Bobby Quench's plans to the Forgiven. Janice stabbed her "sister" through the hand with a metal pole, but was hit by Captain America's shield before the could actually slay her.
(Captain America: Unforgiven#1) - Janice returned to the Quench Center and apologized to Quench for failing to kill Corey because of Captain America. Quench was disappointed in her and was going to sacrifice her, but Corey surrendered and offered up herself as sacrifice. Janice was still punished by wearing a metal mask.
When Captain America and the Forsaken invaded the Temple to Chthon hidden behind the Quench Center, Janice attacked Captain America to get her revenge but Visigoth impaled her with a wooden stake. Janice crumbled to dust.

Janice was either adopted from the nursery home or was the actual daughter of June's friend Sally. In case she was Sally's daughter, Sally was either a vampire herself or her daughter had been turned into a vampire at some point without her knowledge. IMHO it was most likely that she had been adopted and Sally was just unaware that she had adopted a vampire child. Does it matter? Not really because she ended up adopted by Bobby Quench either way.
