First Appearance: Annihilation#1 (October, 2006) Powers/Abilities: Commander Lar-Ka presumably
had some degree of training in military armed and unarmed combat as
well as military tactics, but he saw soldiers as cannon fodder and just
used them en masse against a target, sacrificing lives without concern. Weight: Unrevealed (difficult to approximate based on lack of full body images, but 180-220 lbs. seems reasonably likely given the above height estimations) Eyes: Apparently blue Hair: White mustache and goatee (top of head covered by helmet) History: (Annihilation#1 (fb) - BTS) - The United Front established a base on Daedalus 5 on the periphery of the Kree system. Nova (Richard Rider) served as the commander-in-chief (Alpha Prime), with Peter Quill as his second-in-command.
(Annihilation#1 - BTS) <Annihilation Day, plus 204> - As the Annihilation Wave attacked the command center, the United Front held them off for a time, but then Right Flank 076's force barricades were overloaded and blew out, which caused a cascade that apparently took out multiple, if not all, force fields. |

At Right Flank 076, the 2nd and
3rd Kree battalions, ineffectively led by field commander Lar-Ka, were
instructed to hold their ground while being overwhelmed by the massive insectoids of the
Annihilation Wave who swarmed over the walls.Ronan provided tactical guidance, shoving another Kree out of the way, blasting one of the insectoids and instructing the Kree troops to fall back, form a secondary perimeter. (Annihilation#1) - Frustrated with his inept command, Ronan confronted Commander Lar-Ka and advised him that the front was lost and that they needed to fall back or all would die. |

Lar-Ka denounced Ronan as the "the Accused," as he had been
stripped of his rank as the head of the Kree Accuser Corps (via the
House Fiyero having framed him for conspiracy) and told him that he
carried no authority there. Lar-Ka continued that their allegiance was to House Fiyero, but Ronan interrupted, delivering a fatal punch to Lar-Ka's head and telling him that he was relieved of duty. (Annihilation#1 - BTS) - With the other Kree still respecting Ronan, he led them in a tactical and orderly retreat that would otherwise have been a bloodbath, which also bought Rider's forces some desperately needed time.
