History:
(Godwheel#0/1) - Iago welcomed Lord Argus back to Vahdala and was grabbed by the throat by his master, who wanted to know where the Crucible of Life and the key guardians were. Iago revealed that the guardians had died during a war between the gods and that the keys to the Crucible had been separated. Argus dropped Iago when he realized that they were watched by Rune. A fight broke out between Argus and Rune, which ended with Argus in possession of Rune's stones that showed Argus the individuals he needed to find the keys.

(Godwheel#1/1) - Iago and his pet Morten were standing around while Argus told Necromantra that upon his return to Vahdala Iago, that miserable wretch, was the only other member of their once great race that was still alive. Necromantra showed her powers by slaying Iago's pet Morten, which shocked Iago, but Argus revived Morten to the delight of Iago because Argus considered Necromantra's action nothing more than a childish prank. Nonetheless Argus chose Necromantra to serve him and allowed her to pick her team consisting of Lord Pumpkin and Primevil. Argus then asked Iago for advice if he should allow Necromantra to kill the others Argus had brought to Vahdala. Iago completely trusted Argus' judgement, who decided to allow Necromantra to go through with killing the others.

(Godwheel#1/2 - BTS) - The other Ultras escaped to Ogma's Pleasure Yacht.

(Godwheel#1/2) - Iago and his pet watched Lord Pumpkin and Necromantra argue while Argus smiled. Iago was surprised and asked for the reason of Argus' smile and was told by him that they would know the location of the keys to the Crucible as soon as the escaped Ultras learned it on Ogma's Pleasure Yacht.

(Godwheel#2/1) - Iago stood next to Argus as he decided to allow Necromantra, Lord Pumpkin and Primevil to steal the keys to the Crucible of Life as soon as the other Ultras found them.

(Godwheel#2/3) - Lord Pumpkin delivered Roc's Egg to Argus. Iago followed Argus and Lord Pumpkin through the gardens and witnessed Argus crushing Pumpkin's head because he didn't trust him. Argus was not able to blow out Pumpkin's Candle of Power, but he told Iago that he was sure it wouldn't cause them any harm in the future. Iago asked Argus if he was well when he realized that Argus was losing strength and size. Argus told Iago that it shouldn't be his biggest concern.

(Godwheel#3/1) - Argus revealed to Iago that he needed the keys to the Crucible of Life because he was dying. Iago reminded Argus that everyone died at some point, but Argus considered his words foolish and promised Iago that if he died his servants would die with him.

(Godwheel#3/2) - Argus was amused by Primevil and considered him replacing Iago as jester. Iago told Argus that he could do whatever he wanted, but reminded him that even those that are treated like dogs have their day. Argus wasn't sure if this was supposed to be a threat by Iago.

(Godwheel#3/3) - Loki arrived on Vahdala after Argus' defeat. Iago offered his services to Loki, who liked having a spineless underling serving him.

(Lord Pumpkin/Necromantra#1/2) - Iago was standing next to Loki's throne in Vahdala and poured the Norse god a drink. Loki tossed the filled goblet to the ground when he got annoyed by Lord Pumpkin. Iago stayed silent while Loki dealt with the minute vegetable and received Roc's Egg for returning Lord Pumpkin to his former self.

Was he supposed to be Ultraverse's take on the Greek god Dionysus with all the cups he filled with beverages?
