Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Hover-Limousine was a two-man vehicle with the front seat containing the driver's seat and the passenger seated in the rear of the vehicle. Twin VTOL engines allowed it to hover.
History:
(Strange Tales I#152) - From his base in Karnopolis, Egypt, the Supreme Hydra summoned his Hover-Limousine, which was pilted by a lone Hydra agent. Assuming the guise of Emir Ali-Bey, the Supreme Hydra boarded the Hover-Limousine and transported him to another Hydra base somewhere in the Middle East.
