(Dracula Lives#3) - Nimrod had his vampires bring Dracula to his cavern base, and presented himself to Dracula as King of Earth's Vampires. He demanded that Dracula pledge his allegiance to him, but Dracula refused. Nimrod decided to make an example of Dracula, and declared that they would meet in combat with wooden stakes the following evening. Nimrod attempted to have his servant Lala seduce Dracula that night, but he spurned her.

When the time came, Dracula soon found himself overwhelmed, unable to match Nimrod's strength and fighting prowess. Nimrod nearly staked him in the heart, but Dracula turned into mist just in time to save himself. Lala attempted to aid Nimrod, but Dracula sensed her attack, and used her as a human shield against Nimrod. Nimrod accidentally staked her through the heart, and was enraged. He charged at Dracula, only to be flung by Dracula into a wooden stake. Nimrod crumbled into dust, and Dracula declared himself the new lord of Earth's vampires.

In Blade III#12 a prophecy was fulfilled that brought back all vampires that ever died. This most likely included Nimrod and Lala as well. We'll have to wait if they resurface.
