History: (New Warriors II#5)- While rummaging through one of his dad’s old warehouses, Fletcher founds an interesting weapon. He accidentally shattered the weapon and the ooze in it spilled all over him, transforming him into the creature who would become known as Biohazard.

Wanting revenge on the New Warriors for sending his father to prison, he began terrorizing Brooklyn to draw the New Warriors out. The New Warriors came and began to fight him and eventually Generation X came and helped out. Finally Husk knocked him out and the New Warriors sent him to Project: PEGASUS.

(Thunderbolts: Reason in Madness#1 (fb) - BTS) - Biohazard was liberated from Project: PEGASUS by Boomerang, Mr. Hyde, Tiger Shark, and Whirlwind. He was manipulated by Hyde so that he would give off more radiation, building toward a nuclear explosion, and he lost his ability to speak.

(Thunderbolts: Reason in Madness#1) - The Thunderbolts battled the mutated Biohazard in Topeka, Kansas, considering him an unregistered super human. He easily regenerated after energy attacks from Penance and Swordsman while Radioactive Man struggled to absorb his ambient radiation. After Biohazard punched Venom across the city, Penance broke Biohasard into smaller portions with a large kinetic burst, though each portion became a smaller version of Biohazard. Songbird contained the smaller versions in sound bubbles and Biohazard was stopped.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Biohazard should not be confused with:

Harley Traynor was an arms dealer working for Joe Silvermane that would supply weapons to neighborhood kids. He helped Heavy Mettle ambush the New Warriors but the New Warriors were able to bring him to the police. In prison Harley was killed by one of Joe Silvermane’s goons so he wouldn’t squeal. Harley was also the father of Fletcher Traynor, Biohazard.
