History:
(Spirits of Vengeance I#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Wall Street Club was a country club of sorts that met in New York's Financial District. At some point, the Club was frequented by the Hell-lord Daimon Hellstrom but in recent years, his visits had become less frequent.

(Spirits of Vengeance I#1) - After Ghost Rider Johnny Blaze recovered a silver bullet that destroyed an angel and Daimon Hellstrom suggested they take the bullet to Curtis, a man who identified mystic items by their vibration, they were referred to the Wall Street Club for any details on the bullet. Visiting the Club, Hellstrom and Blaze met with the Club's maitre'd Henry, who admitted he was always happy to accommodate Hellstrom and that the Club wasn't quite as busy these days at it once had been. Club member Agnes greeted Hellstrom and commented that he didn't come around as much these days, to which Hellstrom replied that his duties kept him busy. When Hellstrom expressed his hopes that more of the Club members would be there, Club member Edwin responded that the Club got a little tense every thousand years or so, mentioning that it felt different this time..

Hellstrom asked how and Edwin replied that there was more fear in the air. Admitting that he wasn't sure why there was so much fear, Edwin explained that a lot of the Wall Street Club were clearing out and going into hiding in hopes of weathering the coming storm, further remarking that he was going to be looking into his own arrangements soon. Agnes then chimed in, explaining how all of their usual hangouts were turning into ghost towns and that something seemed to be wrong, even if they didn't know what it was. Hellstrom muttered that he had come to the Wall Street Club looking for answers and Edwin responded that they had no answers, only advice for Hellstrom to make himself scarce to hopefully see the Club on the flip side. Hellstrom then turned to Agnes and asked if she would also be leaving, prompting Agnes to explain that she was too old to be afraid and that there was nowhere to go. Hellstrom and Blaze then left the Wall Street Club with an idea that events involving the silver bullet were much bigger than they'd realized.

(Spirits of Vengeance I#3 - BTS) - Following Agnes' death as Wall Street Club members seemed to be disappearing, Edwin found that there seemed to be nowhere to hide and he summoned Daimon Hellstrom to an old Wall Street Club rooftop hideout to help hide him. After discussing the matter with Hellstrom and his allies, Edwin suggested they visit Port Brimstone for more information on the situation, as it seemed to be the only Club hideout still up and running.

It was never clear if the entire Wall Street Club were demons. Agnes was definitely a demon posing as a human (see her image below) and Edwin had definitely lived for a very long time (He even mentioned that things got tense "every thousand years or so") but he was never shown to be a demon. Edwin also mentioned that many of the Club went into hiding so there were definitely other members besides just Agnes and Edwin. It's possible the Wall Street Club just consisted of various immortal beings though it's equally possible they were all demons, given their association with Daimon Hellstrom.

CLARIFICATIONS:
The Wall Street Club has no known connections to:

Agnes

Agnes was a demon who posed as a human member of the Wall Street Club. Over time, she befriended Daimon Hellstrom and was one of the few Wall Street Club members remaining as the war between Heaven and Hell heated up. When Hellstrom visited the Wall Street Club for information, Agnes noted that it had been a while since Hellstrom had visited and as Hellstrom attempted to get information from Club member Edwin, Agnes chimed in that many of the Club's usual hangouts were becoming empty. Admitting that she didn't know what was going on, Agnes continued discussing the matter with Hellstrom and when Edwin mentioned that he would be going into hiding, Hellstrom asked Agnes if she would be doing the same. Remarking that she was too old to be afraid, Agnes claimed there was nowhere to hide before Hellstrom departed the Club. Not long after, Agnes was attacked in her home by the demonic Bloodhound. Unafraid of the creature, Agnes transformed into her own demonic form and fought back but the Bloodhound devoured her. Soon hearing of Agnes' death, Wall Street Club member Edwin later informed Daimon Hellstrom.

Agnes was a demon with the ability to shapeshift into a human form.

Edwin

Edwin was a longtime member of the Wall Street Club and friend of Daimon Hellstrom. When Hellstrom visited the Wall Street Club seeking information regarding a silver bullet found by Johnny Blaze, Edwin was present at the Club and he nervously mentioned that things seemed to get tense every thousand years or so. When Edwin commented that things felt different this time, Hellstrom asked how and Edwin replied that there was more fear in the air and he wasn't sure why. He then informed Hellstrom that many of the Wall Street Club were going into hiding, something he hoped to be doing himself soon. Following the death of his Club teammate Agnes, Edwin summoned Hellstrom to an old Wall Street Club meeting place on a Manhattan rooftop, hoping Hellstrom could help hide him. Hellstrom responded by asking if Edwin had any information as to who was after the Wall Street Club members and when he nervously said he wasn't sure, Hellstrom's ally Blade asked about Razan the Night Jackal, whom he'd earlier heard the name of during an attack at a bookstore. Upon hearing the name, Edwin admitted he'd heard rumors about the half-goddess forced to serve the sorcerer who rescued her and commented that he was doomed if Razan was after him. Hellstrom then asked Edwin to pull himself together and Edwin did so, suggesting the heroes visit Port Brimstone, as it was only hiding place still up and running. Sending Blade and Satana to Port Brimstone, Hellstrom then had Edwin look at the silver bullet found by Blaze but Edwin admitted he didn't know any more than anyone else Hellstrom had asked about the bullet. The conversation was interrupted, however, when Razan showed up in an attempt to retrieve the silver. After Razan absconded with the silver, Edwin sat with the disheartened Hellstrom and Blaze and Hellstrom commented that they appeared to have hit a low point in their mission.

--Spirits of Vengeance I#1 (#3,

Henry

Henry was the maitre'd of the Wall Street Club, greeting visitors to the Club and showing them to their seats, as well as taking any food orders the visitors might want. Having befriended Daimon Hellstrom at some point in the past, Henry greeted Hellstrom and Johnny Blaze when they visited the Wall Street Club looking for information on a silver bullet Blaze had acquired. Admitting that the Club wasn't as busy as it once was, Henry nonetheless seated Hellstrom and Blaze and took their drink orders.
