likely had some superhuman powers based on its plant-like nature and
despite being plant-like in nature, the creature had intelligence
enough to speak, but any abilities possessed by the creature remain
unrevealed.

(Avengers 1,000,000 B.C.#1 - BTS) - Iron Fist gathered "a talking
plant-beast," "a warlord from beneath the waves" and her former foe
Moon Knight to aid her in the defense of the planet Earth.

The "talking plant-beast" was
never actually seen, only mentioned in a narrative box in regards to
Iron Fist recruiting it. As such, it was impossible to determine a
height, weight, eye color or hair color without any visual whatsoever.
Other than the name of "talking
plant-beast" and the fact that it was recruited by Iron Fist to defend
Earth, next to nothing was revealed about the "talking plant-beast" or
its abilities. I'm imagining a being not unlike the extraterrestrial
Groot but one could only assume this beast from 1,000,000 B.C. was
extraterrestrial in nature. It very well could have been some sort of
terrestrial mutation. In addition, the "warlord from beneath the waves"
was probably meant to be some sort of distant past equivalent to an
Atlantean. Of course, actual water-breathing Atlanteans did not appear
until sometime after the Great Cataclysm circa 18,000 B.C. so this
would've likely been some other sort of underwater-dwelling being.
