History:
(Winter Soldier: The Bitter March#2 (fb) - BTS) - In 1966, Shocky Dan,
a Russian Hydra agent who used powerful electric gauntlets on his
hands, worked alongside the Drain for Hydra's Chancellor Cassandra.
Shocky Dan and Drain were sent to apprehend escaped scientists, Peter
and Mila Hitzig, and retrieve their Alchemy Formula. They got intel
that the Hitzigs were fleeing on a train.
(Winter Soldier: The Bitter March#2) - Shocky Dan watched as the Drain approached Peter Hitzig on the train, trying to intimidate him into releasing the formula. They learned that Mila Hitzig was with a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Ran Shen, and that they were being hunted by the Winter Soldier. That night, Shocky Dan attacked the Hitzigs and Shen, but found the Winter Soldier was already there.
(Winter Soldier: The Bitter March#3) - Shocky Dan blanketed the train car in electricity before Ran Shen attacked him directly, stabbing him as Shocky Dan hit him with an electric burst in the face. Ran Shen then hit Shocky Dan with an acid spray to the face. Shocky Dan cried out as his face melted, and he collapsed, soon dying.
