History:
(Foolkiller III#2 (fb) ) - Alex was grilling outside with his wife and son when Fin Fang Foom passed overhead and defecated on the family.

(Foolkiller III#2 (fb) - BTS) - After learning that his wife and son had been killed, Alex realized he had developed super-powers from the dragon feces, learning he could give off a stench that could put a man to sleep. When he told his parents what had happened, they couldn't help but laugh at him. Alex, mad in his grief, designed a costumed identity for himself as the #$%& King, and began hiring himself out as a hitman. He felt offended when Hydra agents jokingly called him #$%&-Man instead of hitman. In time, the #$%& King was arrested, but S.H.I.E.L.D. enrolled him in a therapy program.

(Foolkiller III#2) - #$%& King went to Greg Salinger for therapy, and he processed through the grief of his family. In tears, the #$%& King admitted that he would return to criminal activity, and so the Foolkiller killed him and dumped his body in the river.
