History:

(Spider-Verse III#2 (fb) - BTS) - May Parker became bonded to an alien symbiote that increased her rage and strength. Teaming with her evil nephew and husband, as well as the young Miles Morales, May decided that life was pointless in a Multiverse of parallel realities in which any choice created a reality in which that choice was made differently and together, the trio of evil decided to travel to other realities on a murder spree to prove that nothing really mattered.

(Spider-Verse III#2) - May, her husband Ben and nephew Peter arrived on Earth-3123 just as Earth-3123's Peter Parker was joking with his Aunt May about how there might be an alternate reality in which the Parkers were evil and would come there to kill the good Parkers just because they could. Announcing that Peter-3123's comment wasn't a joke at all while calling the good Parkers nerds, the symbiote-bonded May explained their reasoning behind their intended murder spree. When Earth-3123's May excused herself and returned as Spider-Ma'am, May-20143 attacked Spider-Ma'am with several symbiote tendrils. Before the symbiote May could kill Spider-Ma'am, however, Earth-1610's Spider-Man (Miles Morales) arrived on Earth-3123 and punched the symbiote May in the face. Spider-Ma'am and Spider-Man-1610 then teamed up to defeat the symbiote May, whom they webbed up. When the symbiote May exclaimed that the webs wouldn't hold her for long, Spider-Man-1610 zapped her with his electric venom blast, the heat of which harmed the symbiote May, who fell to the ground calling the two Spider-heroes "no-good, rotten, disobedient fools." The symbiote May's ally, Miles Morales, soon emerged from another portal and he venom blasted Spider-Man-1610 and Spider-Ma'am as the symbiote May freed herself. Spider-Man-1610 and Spider-Ma'am then fought the symbiote May and the evil Miles as Earth-3123's Ben and Peter Parker battled their own Earth-20143 counterparts until Peter-3123 deduced that they might be able to open and seal a dimensional tear by creating an impact across multiple realities. Thinking of her family, Spider-Ma'am hit a heart logo on the nearby Sweethearts Cafe sign and numerous May Parker counterparts in countless realities did the same, opening a dimensional portal that threatened to pull the symbiote May and her allies through. When the portal proved too low on power to seal, the maniacal symbiote May laughed that there plan wouldn't be enough and expressed her desire to destroy Spider-Ma'am by killing her family first. Peter Parker-3123 then webbed the symbiote May's mouth shut before hitting the heart logo with his own webs. Ben-3123 followed suit and the power of both male Parkers' web impacts in addition to a manhole cover slung by Spider-Ma'am proved enough to pull the symbiote May and her allies through the portal and seal it. As the symbiote May was pulled through, she exclaimed that there had to be a reality in which they didn't lose. Unknown to any present, Peter Parker-3123 acquired a sample of Earth-20143 May's symbiote for study.

Comments: Created by Ryan North, Pere Perez and Jordi Tarragona Garcia.

It was suggested in the Spider-Verse story that May and her family were inherently evil so it's possible that this reality's May was evil even before being bonded to the Carnage symbiote...

While this is a counterpart of May Parker, Earth-20143 May's last name was never actually stated. Additionally, while some online sources list this character as Carnage, she never actually uses that name anywhere in the story. The closest we get to that is the label on Peter Parker-3123's symbiote sample stating "Unknown symbiote that caused such carnage."

The spiral sign on May's forehead suggests that she might've fallen under the influence of the symbiote god Knull...

CLARIFICATIONS:
Earth-20143's May Parker
should be distinguished from:

Ben Parker

The evil Ben Parker was the husband of May and a willingly partner in her planned murder spree. Like May, Ben was convinced that nothing in life mattered in a Multiverse where every decision created an alternate reality where the decision was different. Ben Parker wore mechanical web-shooters capable of projecting chemical webbing.

He accompanied May and Ben to Earth-3123 and battled his Earth-3123 counterpart until he was ultimately banished from Earth-3123 alongside his allies when Spider-Ma'am and numerous May Parker counterparts in numerous realities created a dimensional portal using a concentrated impact on a specific spot.
