Powers/Abilities: Omnipotentis is a vastly powerful entity who consumes entire universes for sustenance. Like Galactus, she is connected to the Power Cosmic but she is vastly more powerful than he is, controlling the four fundamental forces of the universe: electromagnetism, gravity, weak nuclear force and strong nuclear force. When a universe's time is up, a portal is generated that connects Omnipotentis' vortex dimension to the universe in question. This portal takes several days to reach a size large enough to allow Omnipotentis to enter. The portal is normally generated by the fundamental forces of the universe but can be artificially generated as well.

Omnipotentis carries a large staff that she wields in combat.

Height: Variable
Weight: Variable
Eyes: Solid yellow (no pupils)
Hair: Unrevealed, possibly none

History:
(
Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#26 - BTS) - Omnipotentis' origins were unknown. A devourer of universes, she existed outside space and time in a vortex dimension between universes. When a universe's time came, she opened a portal to it, using Galactus as her herald (see comments).

(Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#25-27 - BTS) - Determined to destroy the entire universe so that everyone would know how he felt when Galactus devoured Tarnax IV, the Super-Skrull committed a series of thefts on Earth to open a portal to Omnipotentis' vortex dimension, remotely using the Fantastic Four's robot HERBIE as a beacon. As the portal began to open over New York's Lower East Side, Galactus and the Silver Surfer came to Earth to herald Omnipotentis' arrival. Galactus spoke with the young genius Moon Girl, believing that she had summoned Omnipotentis with her experiments with a Kree Omni-Wave Projector but they soon learned that Super-Skrull was responsible.

(Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#28) - Super-Skrull escaped Galactus and Moon Girl and returned to his base. There, Omnipotentis called to him from her dimension, demanding to know who had summoned her, as it was not yet this universe's time to be devoured. He explained that he had done so artificially but wished this universe to end.

(Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#29) - The Super-Skrull ventured into the growing portal, which was still too small for Omnipotentis to pass through, and he was assured by the entity that his universe would soon end. Later, Galactus and the Silver Surfer confronted her. She claimed to barely remember Galactus and was unimpressed by the pair of them. They entered the vortex dimension and attacked her, hoping to stall her until their allies could defeat Super-Skrull.

(Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#30) - As Galactus and the Surfer battled Omnipotentis in the vortex dimension, she questioned their persistence, as her victory, in time, would be inevitable. As time, an element unfamiliar to her, had begun to leak into the portal, Galactus and the Surfer were able to hold her off. Meanwhile, Moon Girl, Devil Dinosaur, the Human Torch and the Thing located the Super-Skrull's secret base; his Omnipotentis Gate was destroyed when Devil Dinosaur stepped on it. As the portal to the vortex dimension began to close, Moon Girl ventured inside to alert Galactus and the Surfer of their victory. Before Moon Girl left, Omnipotentis warned her that the end of her universe was inevitable - and that she would be back.

Comments: Created by Brandon Montclare and Natacha Bustos.

Omnipotentis is referred to with male pronouns by Galactus in Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur I#26 but when the entity appears in #28, it has a female form. It's possible that plans for the character changed between issues but it's also possible that an entity as incalculable as Omnipotentis does not abide by any Earthly gender binary. Likewise, it's possible that she appears differently to other species, as Galactus does. She can definitely alter her size like the Big G - when we see her, she's alternately small enough to slug it out with the skyscraper-sized Galactus or big enough to stand astride the island of Manhattan.

Even though Galactus knows all about Omnipotentis and he was her herald, when Omnipotentis meets him, she only vaguely remembers him, and describes him as "one of many." My thought: each universe's Galactus or Galactus equivalent (like Franklin Richards in Earth X and so forth) serves as Omnipotentis' herald when she consumes their universe. She may be remembering another universe's Galactus or a previous occasion when Omnipotentis was nearly summoned to devour Universe-616.
