History:

(Micronauts I#42) - Lovers and thieves, Bug and Jasmine ran through the red foliage of their native Kaliklak.

(Micronauts I#13 (fb) - BTS) - When gangleader Bug was arrested and taken away, rival Wartstaff took over. Bug's gang, including Jasmine, were coerced into joining Wartstaff, who was more conducive to the colonial rule instigated by the villainous megalomaniac Baron Karza using his Dog Soldiers.

(Micronauts I#13) - Bug returned to Kaliklak and confronted the traitorous Wartstaff in his den. Jasmine stopped Wartstaff's hidden knife attack by slicing off his antennae. Bug, Jasmine and their allies stopped Wartstaff's loyalists. Bug and Jasmine then observed Dog Soldiers' movements around Kaliklak's Central Nest with a plan for liberation.

(Micronauts I#14) - Bug led the attack against the Dog Soldiers at Central Nest's Air Terminus with Jasmine effectively his second-in-command. The lightning attack overwhelmed the Dog Soldiers and the Phobos sentries. Bug's brigands gained control of the Thorium Orbiter fighter craft and set off to attack the Colonial Governor's headquarters next, with Jasmine riding alongside Bug. Again, their lightning assault soon saw the surrender of the colonial forces there. Bug, Jasmine and other Bug loyalists were overjoyed to also hear that despot Karza had been (seemingly) destroyed. Later, Bug partied with Jasmine and his cohorts, communicating with his Micronaut comrades (Acroyear, Cilicia, Biotron, Microtron, Marionette, Arcturus Rann).

(Micronauts I#15) - Jasmine joined the Micronauts aboard their ship the Endeavor. They unwittingly stumbled across Psycho-Man's giant spaceship, unrecognized by all, and Jasmine was the only one who wanted to confront the ship while the others wished caution. However, Psycho-Man's aggressive scavenger/cleaner androids called Antrons swarmed over the Endeavor. While Biotron tried to pilot away, the rest fought hard against the sturdy Antrons. But the master manipulator Psycho-Man drew nearer in his starship.

(Micronauts I#16) - Including Jasmine, the Micronauts were taken onboard the spacecraft and put before Psycho-Man, who used the fear Psycho-Ray from his Control Box against Bug and Jasmine, summoning forth a predatory Repto. The sudden arrival of the Fantastic Four (excepting the Human Torch) added to the fighting, with the Invisible Woman aiding the fear-stricken Jasmine and Bug, but the fray quickly ended when the full-sized Human Torch arrived after he went through the Prometheus Pit.

(Micronauts I#17) - The Human Torch's flaming arrival began rapidly depleting the finite oxygen stores in the worldship, causing them to quickly grow weary or collapse. Rann saved them but Psycho-Man recovered the fastest and imprisoned each of his opponents in his Psycho-Manipulator, intending to siphon their emotions to dominate the Microverse. However, teamwork between the Fantastic Four and the Micronauts helped them escape. In the melee, Bug was about to be attacked by a Repto from behind, so Jasmine bravely threw herself at the beast, which carried her away and killed her, then passed her corpse to Psycho-Man. Rann acknowledged Jasmine as a fellow Micronaut as he carried her lifeless body away from Psycho-Man's grasp. Despite his defeat, the villain reveled in the Micronauts' grief as the two teams escaped in their respective crafts.

(Micronauts I#18) - Breaching the Spacewall, the Micronauts left the Microverse and landed on Earth again. Acroyear consoled Bug on his loss and the Micronauts helped Bug bury Jasmine.

(Micronauts I#42) - Bug sadly thought back to happier times with Jasmine, now lost.
