History: (Spider-Man Magazine I#7) - The supervillain Shamrock used his energy-draining abilities against the heroic Scorcher, Terror Cupid and Windigo.

Shamrock was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most early issues of the Magazine. In Shamrock's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Patrick Cockrell of Lexington, South Carolina. As a fringe character, Shamrock was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is also no evidence to say he did not exist on Earth-616 either...

Shamrock's height and weight were impossible to determine, as he was never seen next to any character whose height and weight had been officially determined.

Shamrock's origin was never given but given his monstrous appearance, I'd be willing to bet that he was some sort of demon or mystic entity.
