Rapattak became a supervillain and enemy of not only the heroic
Spider-Man, but other villains such as Doctor Octopus, Electro, Venom
and Vulture.

Rapattak was the product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Rapattak's case, he was created by then-11-year-old Tommy Lawson of Brockton, Massachusetts. As a fringe character, Rapattak is not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is equally no evidence to say he did not exist on Earth-616. My vote is that he does exist on Earth-616, given that he is enemies with Spider-Man, Vulture, Venom, Electro and Doctor Octopus.
Rapattak's hair color was never seen, if he even had any.
Rapattak's origin was never shown but, given the popularity of the X-Men in 1990s, my vote is that he was a mutant.
The issue of Spider-Man Magazine featuring Rapattak
was not numbered but the recent trade paperbacks of Adventures of
Spider-Man & Adventures of the X-Men that reprint the comic strips
from this issue of Spider-Man Magazine confirm that the issue was #11.
