History: (Daredevil I#145) – Dr. Petrovic was working at the emergency room with Miss Marks when Owl attacked, demanding that Petrovic help him. Owl's legs were no longer working as he had been abusing his genome for years with a flight serum he ingested.

(Daredevil I#145 – BTS) – Owl convinced the doctor that a bomb was attached to his brain if he ever got knocked unconscious. Petrovic completed the necessary procedures to heal Owl's legs, attaching an experimental exoskeleton to them (utilizing Owl's tech plus some from the hospital), feeling he had no choice. He also attached a device to Owl's spine that would allow him to fly.

(Daredevil I#145) – Owl, now able to walk, was attacked by Daredevil, who had recently helped save civilians, including Fred, from a careening car. As Daredevil battled the villain, Petrovic kept Miss Marks safe then explained to the hero about the procedures.
