(X-Men: Gold II#7 (fb) - BTS) - After manifesting his mutant appearance, Oscar enrolled at the Xavier Institute for Mutant Education and Outreach in Central Park, Manhattan.
(X-Men: Gold II#7 (fb) - BTS) - When Manhattan was encased inside a dome of the Darkforce Dimension the X-Men's leader Kitty Pryde decided it was best to put the school on lockdown. However, in doing so she inadvertently trapped the school with mutant killer the X-Cutioner who'd wanted revenge since his son Alex was murdered during "Magneto's" (Kuan-Yin Xorn) attack on Manhattan. Making his way through the school the X-Cutioner found Oscar and shot the young boy through the head after which he tied him up in plain sight against one of the windows.
(X-Men: Gold II#7) - Kitty Pryde, Colossus and Prestige (Rachel Summers) found Oscar's lifeless corpse right after finding Belen's corpse, both killed by the X-Cutioner. The X-Cutioner was eventually defeated by the X-Men right before he could kill another student.
