Fire Ball was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Fire Ball's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Bo Rayburn of Olive Hill, Kentucky. As a fringe character, Fire Ball is not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is no evidence to say he does not exist on Earth-616 either...

Fire Ball's height & weight were impossible to approximate, as he was never seen next to a character whose height & weight had been officially determined. Additionally, he was not seen outside of his mask so his hair & eye color was impossible to determine.

Fire Ball's origin was never revealed though it seems likely, with the popularity of the X-Men (who shared dual space in Spider-Man Magazine) at the time, he may be a mutant...

Fire Ball's name was misspelled "Fire-ball" in Spider-Man Magazine (I#13).
