History: (Spider-Man II#13) - Apokolypse ruled a dystopian reality in which most humans were either mutated into six-armed, multi eyed humanoids with spider-powers or completely transformed into gigantic spiders. When Spider-Woman (Gwen Stacy of Earth-65) and Spider-Man (Miles Morales of Earth-1610) sought to escape from the NYPD on Earth-65, they accidentally teleported into Apokolypse's reality. After they appeared in front of Apokolypse, who was riding a humongous spider, Apokolypse immediately ordered his minions to kill the new spider-people. Before his minions could react, however, Gwen and Miles used their Dimensional Travel Watch to leave this reality.

Apokolypse's minions share physical traits with those infected with the Spider-virus @ Amazing Spider-Man II#666.
