History:
(Daredevil I#378 (fb) - BTS) - Kingpin relocated to Paris, France, where he recruited the criminal le Concierge to join his new team, the Emissaries of Evil, alongside Synapse and Stilt-Man. Kingpin argued that there were few super heroes in Europe, and that le Concierge could be part of taking over organized crime, appealing to the villain.

(Daredevil I#379 (fb) - BTS) - Kingpin had Synapse steal the memories of a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, and he planned to sell those memories, as well as Synapse's skills, to the highest bidder. A doctor, Claudia DuBois, treated the agent before he died.

(Daredevil I#376) - Synapse and le Concierge discussed the potential threat of DuBois, and Kingpin responded by sending Hand ninjas to handle her.

(Daredevil I#377) - Kingpin, after ranting about the betrayal of the Stilt-Man in Paris, ordered le Concierge to bring in Synapse. Threnadier then watched as Synapse triggered an electric shock to Stilt-Man's armor, knocking the villain out.

(Daredevil I#378) - Le Concierge was stealing files from Claudia DuBois' doctor's office when Laurent LeVasseur (secretly Daredevil) entered the room. Identifying himself as the deadliest assassin in Paris, le Concierge attacked him, using kicks, punches, and his sword. When Laurent got the better of him, le Concierge took a female hostage and held a sword to her throat, demanding the hero's surrender.

(Daredevil I#378 - BTS) - Laurent defeated le Concierge, then traded costumes with him.

(Daredevil I#378) - "Le Concierge" took "Laurent" back to headquarters in restraints, just as Kingpin and Synapse were ready to meet with the criminal heads of Europe.

(Daredevil I#379 (fb) - BTS) - Le Concierge broke free and knocked Synapse back, but then Kingpin beat up le Concierge without realizing it was his operative, leaving him unconscious. Daredevil traded costumes back then attacked the Emissaries of Evil during their big meeting. Soon, the villains were defeated and their plots exposed.

Comments: Created by Scott Lobdell (writer), Cully Hamner (penciler) & Jason Martin (inker).

A concierge is defined as "a caretaker of an apartment complex or small hotel, typically one living on the premises." What an odd choice for his villain name.

"Le" is just "The", but lets go with it because the comics kept calling him "Le" Concierge as well.
