History:
(Daredevil V#15 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, his wife was taken by someone (circumstances unrevealed) and his son Steven ended up in a wheelchair. Carlos wanted revenge.
Carlos realized he was an Inhuman after transforming in the Terrigen cloud. He developed the power to generate energy tendrils from his body.
(Daredevil V#15) - Carlos was playing chess with his adult son Steven (in a wheelchair) in the park when Edgar approached, telling them about a hit that had been put out on Daredevil by a rich man (word spread by Freddy Thick). Despite Steven's protests, Carlos wore all black and took a gun, enticed by the prospect of money. Carlos soon attacked Daredevil on the rooftops with his powers, and squeezed. Just as Carlos was having second thoughts and was letting Daredevil go, Bullseye killed him with a stray shot from one rooftop over.
(Daredevil V#16) - Daredevil battled Bullseye over Carlos' corpse.
