History: (Spider-Man Magazine I#6) - Black Shadow used his superhuman powers as a super-villain, battling heroic foes such as Metallic and Swift Flyer.

Comments: Created by Damen Trent and Natalie Trent.

Black Shadow was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most early issues of the Magazine. In Black Shadow's case, he was created by then-13-year-old Damen Trent and then-10-year-old Natalie Trent, both of Whitby, Ontario, Canada. As a fringe character, Black Shadow was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is no evidence to suggest he was not from Earth-616 either...

Black Shadow was never seen outside of his shadow form so it was impossible to approximate his physical stats when not in shadow form.

Black Shadow's origin was never given so it was unclear if Black Shadow was some sort of human mutate, mutant, Inhuman or otherwise...

Profile by Proto-Man.
