History: (Ghost Rider VI#8 (fb) - BTS) - Ken Greer and Harry O'Connor were old friends.

(Ghost Rider VI#8) - Sheriff Harry O'Connor phoned district attorney Ken Greer to let him know that he had just spoke with the hospitalized Emily Stouffer, the only witness in the murder of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois resident Cameron Fillardi. Ken asked if Emily was able to describe the murder but O'Connor interrupted him, explaining that Emily had only seen a flash of light. Ken then asked if the flash was a gunshot but Harry explained that Emily had told him it was definitely not a gunshot then told Ken that Emily did not recall anything and questioning her would be a dead end. Greer began to state that he couldn't just leave things alone but Harry insisted that questioning her was a dead end and she needed to be left alone. Suspicious, Ken asked if Harry was covering for the criminal Cameron Fillardi as Cameron's godfather but Harry sternly stated that Ken and himself went back a long way and that he would forget Ken had asked such a thing. Ken Greer then apologized, stating that he knew it was hard for O'Connor to not take the murder personally, but asked that O'Connor be smart about the situation. He then asked O'Connor if he had any other leads and Harry mentioned a desecrated grave at St. Mary's Cemetary, prompting Ken to ask if Harry thought they were related before asking if Harry had spoken to Cameron's mother. Harry replied that he had and it was hard on the mother before his call with Ken was interrupted by Archie Faulkner.

Comments: Created by Daniel Way, Javier Saltares and Mark Texeira.

Harry O'Connor referred to Ken Greer as "Roger" when he called him in Ghost Rider VI#8. Perhaps Greer's first name is Roger but his friends call him "Ken?" His desk nameplate only said "Greer."

Ken's height and weight are impossible to determine, as he was only ever seen sitting behind his desk. Also, his eye color is impossible to determine, as he was only seen in varying degrees of shadow.
