Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Crystal of Woi was known to be a very powerful magic relic and was once used to help locate and rescue others from dimensional exile.

History: (Doctor Strange & the Sorcerers Supreme I#6) - After a group of time-displaced Sorcerers Supreme were trapped in dimensional exile by Sir Isaac Newton, Dr. Strange used the Lost Bones of Eh-Yuh to send his astral form to rescue the Sorcerers, only to meet with failure each time and diverging the failures into their own realities. In one such reality, Dr. Strange learned that the young sorcerer Yao secretly held the Crystal of Woi in his possession before the reality diverged. Reversing time using the Lost Bones, Dr. Strange ultimately decided to save himself first then rescued Yao, immediately ordering Yao to use the Crystal of Woi to help find and rescue their ally Demon Rider. Yao did so but was quite surprised at how Strange knew he possessed the Crystal in the first place.

An alternate reality version of the Crystal of Woi was used in a divergent reality where Dr. Strange chose to rescue Yao first from dimensional exile and the two argued over who to save next, ultimately choosing Nina and resulting in both Yao and Nina being killed by goblin-like beings.
