Powers/Abilities: White light had the ability to generate white light mingled with colors that could hypnotize people. White Light also showed enhanced durability and strength, being able to smash through a roof. He was focused on his task with and sought little disruption and interaction with humans.
History:
(Iceman I#1 (fb) - BTS) - The abstract entity Oblivion created two "children", White Light and Idiot, giving them physical form and special powers to track down its wayward "daughter", Mirage, who had since fled to Earth.
(Iceman I#1) - White Light and Idiot warped to Port Jefferson, where White Light used his light powers to hypnotize Ralph Ratchit and another policeman, ordering them away and telling them to forget their encounter. Soon after, White Light hypnotized a woman and her dog in their continued search for Mirage, finding her at the Drake household where Bobby Drake (Iceman) was talking with Marge Smith (Mirage). White Light and Idiot attacked but were knocked back by Iceman's ice shield and punch. The violent fracas saw the Drake's house destroyed around them, but Iceman protected himself using an ice dome, also generating one to hold White Light and Idiot, but the two were warped away by Oblivion.
(Iceman I#2) - Back in Oblivion's dimension, White Light and Idiot cowered before the displeased Oblivion, who wiped them from existence (probably by reabsorbing them into itself).

Excepting Idiot and Mirage, White Light had no known interaction with any of Oblivion's other offspring.
Presumably Oblivion could recreate them if it chose to.

Also a creation of Oblivion, Idiot had augmented strength and powerful tracking abilities that were partially enhanced with the aid of a device crafted by White Light. He was later wiped out/reabsorbed into Oblivion after failing to capture Mirage. Idiot displayed limited intelligence and a hunger for live creatures.
